We ship by Lalamove within Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and covering locations with around 30 km distance radius from our Nursery at Seri Kembangan. We ship via reliable carrier such as Citylink, Pos Laju and BBB express

Shipping fees are computed separately for East Malaysia. To guarantee reasonable and correct pricing, we implement a refund-or-supplement policy.

For East Malaysia, deliveries are primarily handled by Poslaju. Customers can choose between sea freight or air freight. Sea freight takes around 21– 28 days for delivery, while air freight usually arriving within 5 days
东马地区的配送主要通过 Poslaju 完成。客户可根据需求选择 海运 或 空运。一般来说，海运货品的送达时间约为 21– 28 天，而空运则更为快捷，通常在 5 天内即可收到 -

If the recipient is unreachable by phone, email, or SMS, the product will be sent back to carrier hub and we will update transportation carrier for further arrangement

There are risks associated with online shopping. We will reimburse 50% of the order value to the customer in the event that plants are seized by customs while in route

If any plant becomes withered or suffers broken branches during transit, we will take full responsibility of it

We respectfully ask for your understanding if the plant exhibits just slight yellowing or dried leaves upon reception, since this is a normal occurrence during transit and will not substantially impact the plant's overall appearance and health
若在收件时，植物仅出现少量黄叶或枯叶，而整体美观和健康状况未受显著影响，我们恳请您体谅，这属于植物在运输过程中的自然现象
