Delivery failure caused by our mistake.

During transportation, slight yellowing or withering of leaves may occur. As this does not affect the plant’s overall health or appearance, we kindly ask for your understanding

Orders with incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
因顾客提供 错误的地址或联系方式 导致配送失败 -
Customs confiscation: In this case, we will refund 50% of the order value, and the customer bears the rest
植物被海关充公：我们将和顾客各自承担一半的损失 -
Refund requests made after the allowed timeframe (see Section 3)
