We make an effort to present precise photos and descriptions of every plant and product. However, because they are living things, plants may naturally vary in size, shape, and colour

Small flaws like a little yellowing or leaf shedding are common and not regarded as flaws

We provide delivery across Malaysia and Singapore, subject to our Shipping Policy

Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or courier efficiency. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed

For East Malaysia orders, additional shipping charges apply. Customers may choose between sea freight (21–28 days) or air freight (around 5 days)

Once products are handed over to the courier, we will take full responsible for delays

If plants are confiscated by customs during cross-border delivery, we will bear 50% of the loss

In cases of severe plant damage (e.g., dryness or broken branches) during shipping, we will provide a full refund

Due to the nature of live plants, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is significantly damaged such as dryness and broken branches upon arrival

All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the item, with photo evidence

If the recipient is unreachable and delivery cannot be completed, the item may be returned to the courier hub, and additional charges might apply
